Today at work a co-worker who recently started working at the school told me a story from a couple of decades ago. He caught some middle school students smoking a joint in a field near the school, and he stopped and asked them what they were doing. They offered him their joint, and he ended up smoking it with them. Then, he completely forgot to finish the rest of his job duties for the day and left the tasks undone and the building unlocked. He got written up for neglecting the tasks, but fortunately no one found out about the joint. And here I thought I had some crazy work stories!
